Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Handicraft Shop, we take pride in the quality of our crafting supplies. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate or personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Craft Kits & Crochet Kits (if opened or partially used)
  • Beaded & Sequin items (due to delicate materials)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Details about the product you’re returning
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: specify the replacement item
  2. Wait for Approval: Our crafting specialists will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our return address using a trackable shipping service:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refund issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item within 1-2 business days
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
