Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these handmade and craft items, the following cannot be returned:

  • Craft Kits & Crochet Kits (if opened or partially used)
  • Beaded & Sequin items (due to delicate materials)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our crafting specialists will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item within 1-2 business days

If the exchange item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
